Housing LIN Southwest Leadership Set hosts annual awayday in St Ives
Housing LIN’s South West Leadership Set met for its annual awayday in St Ives, Cornwall, with thanks to Poynton Bradbury Architects for hosting the event at their offices.
The day featured presentations from Cornwall Council on its plans for extra care housing, and from Bristol City Council on how it is meeting the requirements of the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act.

Chaired by Charlotte Cook (Winckworth Sherwood), this HAPPI Hour webinar featured discussions on making safe housing choices, alongside a theatre-based exploration of home with LGBTQ+ older adults, highlighting lived experience, research and creative practice.
