Join this HAPPI Hour webinar to explore practical approaches to creating homes that are safe and accessible.
Overview
This HAPPI Hour webinar will spotlight the Building Health into Homes project and the ways that occupational therapists (OTs) can ensure that housing is designed, built and adapted to enable people to live well.
Developed by the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT), in partnership with Foundations and with sponsorship from Closomat, Building Health into Homes demonstrates why housing is every OT’s business, and provides practical tools to help health, housing and social care services work more collaboratively by harnessing OT expertise.
Expert speakers from RCOT and Foundations will discuss how the Building Health into Homes resources have been developed, and share insights from the project’s strategic report and operational and practitioner toolkits.
