The SHAPE Exchange is an exciting five-year programme led by Housing LIN and funded by the Vivensa Foundation. It will co-create age-friendly homes and places by bringing together partners from housing, health and social care, alongside older people and community organisations.
SHAPE will deliver sector-leading tools and curate essential resources to inspire others on their journey, fund ‘SHAPE Sites’, provide leadership development, and is supported by an established expert Advisory Group.
The SHAPE Challenge Fund launches 27 October
A new £3 million UK-wide fund will support local partnerships to turn evidence on housing and ageing into practical action.
Applications open on Tuesday 27 October 2026.
