It was a pleasure to co-host on this occasion alongside North Yorkshire Council, ADASS, and LGA Partners in Care and Health to collectively explore the future landscape of housing with care for older people over the next 20 years.

Are you our new Research Officer?

Reporting to our Consultancy and Partnerships Manager, the new Research Officer will play a pivotal role in advancing innovative housing solutions for an ageing population and individuals with care or support needs.

Deadline for applications is 5pm on Wednesday, 15th November 2023. 

Call for evidence by APPG Inquiry on the regeneration of outdated sheltered housing

APPG on Housing and Care for Older People logo

The APPG Inquiry into Regeneration of Outdated Sheltered Housing has made a call for evidence about sheltered/retirement housing in the social and private sector including from a range of tenures, social rent, affordable rent, leasehold, sale and shared ownership.

The Inquiry is happy to receive comments/evidence on any aspects of any of these matters listed here. The deadline for submissions is Friday, 9th February 2024.

Older People's Housing Taskforce Capital and Investment Survey - Have your say

The Government’s Older People’s Housing Taskforce has recently issued a survey to a range of investors and lenders to the senior living sector to seek their views on the factors that are affecting the delivery of such housing from a capital investment and lending perspective.

The closing date is 17 November 2023.
