Neighbourhood health framework

Published by the Department of Health and Social Care, this framework sets out the next steps for the NHS and local government, working alongside civil society, to deliver a neighbourhood health service in England, outlining how Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, health and wellbeing boards and other partners should create and deliver neighbourhood health services.
