Integration pioneers leading the way for health and care reform
Norman Lamb, Minister for Care Services, announced on 1st November 2013 details of fourteen areas that will lead the way in delivering better joined up care.
The Housing LIN is pleased that housing has been recognized as part of the emerging integration agenda and been invited to meet with the newly established projects to highlight how housing and housing related care and support services can best be more joined up locally.
