  Day two of this event in Birmingham saw the unveiling of the new TAPPI principles, in a session 'The future of housing: Helping people maintain the life they wish to lead in a place they call home'. Recordings and slides from all sessions are available.

• Learnings from TAPPI – understanding the opportunities for enabling technology to support tenants, residents and the workforce within housing services (opens new window) on 17/10/23 from 10:00
  In this session we will hear from Nathan Downing, Director of Membership & Consultancy at TSA (Technology-Enabled Care Services Association) and Vikki Hiscocks, Head of Research & Development at Pobl (one of the testbed sites) about their experience within TAPPI and how learning is shaping future services.

  Session 6: Early intervention and prevention in general needs housing will discuss the opportunities for a more proactive support model, utilising enabling technology and services in the community; we will hear from the approach being taken in Sheffield and a test of change programme, as well as learning from the TAPPI programme with Alyson Scurfield, Chief Executive, TSA & Nathan Downing, Director of Membership Services, TSA. 
   
• The Future of Technology in Health & Social Care: Creating Partnerships & Changing Lives (opens new window) - 08/11/23 9:00 - 15:30
  TSA invites you to attend this free one-day event taking place at the iconic Kia Oval, Surrey County Cricket Club in Kennington, London. The day will commence with an opening by TSAs Chief Executive Alyson Scurfield. Her words will set the stage for a series of engaging talks, including a heartwarming and insightful session by Debra Edwards, a Tenant Champion from the London Borough of Haringey. This will provide attendees with an invaluable perspective from a person with lived experience, and the impact of technological advancements on real lives.

• CIH Annual Conference 'H​ousing 2023' (27-29 June in Manchester) - (opens new window)Prof Roy Sandbach, TAPPI Chair, Lynn Douglas, CEO, Bield Housing & Care, and Debra Edwards, TAPPI Co-production Champion spoke at various TAPPI sessions along with other TAPPI related presentations during the conference by Alyson Scurfield, CEO, TSA; Jeremy Porteus, CEO, Housing LIN; and Jirko Hoogerwerf, TAPPI Steering Board member.

• DMT Annual Lectures 2023 (30th March - online). (opens new window)This year's Annual Lectures event focused on the topic of 'suitable living environments and communities for older people' and showcased the awards made under this theme, including the second phase of TAPPI.

• TSA's ITEC23 conference (27th & 28th March in Birmingham) - (opens new window)The programme included two TAPPI related sessions on day 1. Delegates heard the latest from the TAPPI project in a session chaired by Roy Sandbach, chair of the TAPPI Steering board, who will be joined by TAPPI partners' representatives. Our co-production partners, along with some of our co-production champions, facilitated a Knowledge & Networking session entitles ‘A blessing and a curse? - Co-producing the introduction of assistive technology in later life housing schemes’.

• TSA's Alyson Scurfield talked about TAPPI at an invite only Northern Housing Consortium's roundtable event on 13th March

• TSA's Inspiring your Technology Enabled Care plans for 2023 on 28th February 2023 included a presentation by Daniel Rock, TEC Project Officer, Platform Housing  called 'How the TAPPI Project is inspiring us'
