S106 & CIL
The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is gradually being phased in by many Local Authorities in England, particularly within the South East and London, where there are a higher degree of major infrastructure projects, but Section 106s remain a consideration. These elements are especially important for older people's housing developments due to the large communal areas and the impact that has on the overall scheme viability.
