We're pleased to collaborate with Appello to bring you this Ultimate Guide to Telecare, an introduction to the fundamentals of telecare, with information on how housing providers can maximise their care and support offer so people can enjoy a greater quality of life.

Funded by the National Institute of Health Research School for Social Care Research, the CHIC research project report explores the ways in which collaborative housing might help meet the changing care needs of older people.

This report, written by the Housing LIN and commissioned by the Learning Disability and Autism Housing Network, provides the most up to date information on the size, scope, cost, support and importantly future needs of supported housing in England for individuals with a learning disability and autistic people.

This accessible and practical guide, published by Housing LIN in partnership with South West ADASS, supports councils, with their local partners, to plan for and deliver the range of housing and care options needed by older people and working age adults with care/support needs.

This high impact change model, published by LGA, encourages local partners to integrate housing delivery with local health and care commissioning and service provision.

Written by the Housing LIN for the LGA, the report captures the learning from a selection of exemplar councils which demonstrate how they are playing a significant place-making role in shaping the current and future supply of housing for an ageing population in their areas.

Commissioned by Kirklees Council, research conducted by the Housing Learning and Improvement Network (LIN) reveals the housing (and housing related support) needs and preferences of older people from ethnic minorities living in Kirklees.

This report, a collaboration between ASH and the Housing LIN, outlines the case for reducing rates of smoking in the social housing sector as part of social landlords’ health and wellbeing activity and the action needed to achieve this.
