Against the backdrop of the Older People’s Housing Taskforce, last week’s Housing LIN Summit - A Festival of Ideas was our most successful online annual conference yet. A big thank you to all our sponsors and speakers, as well as the delegates who signed up, for contributing to this success.

We were thrilled to welcome over 600 Housing LIN members to this year's Housing LIN Summit, where they enjoyed insightful presentations from key figures such as:

  • Helen Whately MP, Minister for Social Care in the Department for Health and Social Care
  • Professor Julienne Meyer CBE, Chair of the government’s independent Older People's Housing Taskforce
  • Lord Best, Chair of the APPG on Housing and Care for Older People
  • and 58 sector experts, academics, residents and customers.

These presentations covered a wide array of topics, from the latest policy developments and research findings to showcasing innovative practices and personal stories/lived experience of transformation.

Kindly supported by Inspired Villages Group, we’re now recruiting 10 early career professionals with an interest in housing for an ageing population to be part of our 4th intake.
