Overview
This HAPPI Hour webinar explores what the implementation of the UK Government’s Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act means for supported and specialist housing.
We look at the implementation of the UK Government’s Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act, specifically the requirement for local authorities to undertake an assessment of need for supported housing and to subsequently produce a supported housing 5 year plan, an example of a local authority that has successfully done this, and a legal perspective on the Act.
