01:17:25	Anna Hunter:	We are a support provider and our biggest challenge is that commissioners will say they want a scheme however they cannot agree to the rents needed to make a scheme financially viable. When the housing provider meets with the housing benefit team we find that the rents are capped at a level which is too low for the investors. Is this something other people have found and if so, is there anything you can recommend?
