In this HAPPI Hour webinar, we were joined by Surrey County Council, who shared insights from their Housing Development Delivery and Market Engagement/Publicity Support report, as also featured in an upcoming Housing LIN blog. We heard from a specialist in social housing real estate and later living, who provided perspectives on how customer understanding influences demand for housing, particularly in the older people’s housing sector. Finally, we heard from a housing provider who showcased how collaborative marketing assessments are helping ensure housing schemes are positioned for success.
