Our Top 5 Priorities for 2026
As we step into 2026, our focus is on creating homes and communities that are inclusive, resilient and future-ready. From accessible housing and intergenerational living, to healthier neighbourhoods, digital readiness and better supported housing, our top 5 priorities highlight where action matters most. They include:
- Accessible Homes: Ensure homes are universally accessible and inclusively designed
- Increase the supply of intergenerational homes and communities
- A shared commitment to healthy and caring places
- Digital Switchover: Switching over to digital before the analogue switch-off
- Independent Living: Raising the profile and the need for better supported housing choices
