1 December 2025
Happy December, and welcome back to HLINks!
Before we dive into this week’s round-up of key housing and care news, we’re excited to kick off the month with two HAPPI Hour webinars.
Tomorrow (02/12/25) from 4pm - 5pm, we’ll explore the impact of the UK Government’s Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act on supported and specialist housing. The session will outline local authorities’ new duties to assess need and prepare five-year plans, share a successful case study, and offer a legal perspective. Chaired by Lois Beech and Jeremy Porteus, speakers include representatives from MHCLG, Rochdale Borough Council, and HCR Law. Register here.
On Thursday (04/12/25) from 10am - 11am, we join forces with Everon Group and Howz to discuss how smarter data and AI can reshape UK housing ahead of the 2027 digital switchover. The event will also unveil a new whitepaper and an industry-first AI and behavioural analytics product supporting digital care. Chaired by Jeremy Porteus and Pete Kerly, we’ll be joined by Howz, AI by Design, and HCR Law. Register here.
