Now Open: Applications for the 2025 Future Leaders Programme

We are excited to launch the 5th intake of the Future Leaders Programme, designed for early-career professionals with no more than three years of experience in the housing and related sectors.

Sponsored by Sovereign Network Group, this year's programme aims to bring together a small, dynamic, and diverse group of up to 10 committed individuals who share a passion for improving housing for our ageing population.

Launched to follow Global Intergenerational Week, this new report by Intergenerational England sets out a blueprint for how we can build a more connected society by fostering intergenerational solidarity.

It lays out a vision for a fairer, more resilient society by embedding intergenerational practice across sectors, from education and housing, to health and workforce.
