On Monday and Tuesday, Dr Lynne Douglas, Chief Executive and Garry Baille, BR24 at Bield Housing and Care (our Scottish testbed) and Alyson Scurfield, TSA’s CEO spoke about TAPPI and Bield’s TAPPI journey as part of the ‘personalised outcomes’ session at the Holyrood event Digital Health and Care Scotland 2023 (opens new window). On Tuesday, TAPPI Co-production Champions meet virtually for the third time. The group discussed the TAPPI principles & explored the development of TSA’s Digital House. Also on Tuesday, Platform Housing looked at life-changing and life-saving TEC for their residents at Harling Court. With all TEC assessments now complete, Platform has this week begun the process of ordering recommended solutions with its TEC partner, Community Housing. They look forward to hosting a Showcase Event at Harling Court on 2nd March 2023, demonstrating to residents and their families how Technology Enabled Care can improve safety, increase independence, and grow social connections.

On Thursday, Bield held a TAPPI tenant coffee morning at their West Port development. A professional photographer was in attendance to take some photos of their TAPPI Tenant Co-production Champions to accompany the Personal Stories, which we look forward to sharing with you in the near future.

• DMT's Annual Lectures 2023 (opens new window) 30th March (free) - this year's topic is 'suitable living environments and communities for older people' and will be showcasing the awards made under this theme, including the second phase of TAPPI. Important: following the recent announcement about the latest set of planned national rail strikes (including on the 30th March), DMT have taken the decision to change the format of the event.
