This document from the Welsh Government sets out the social services national outcomes framework.
It has been developed to fulfil a requirement in the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (Wales) 2014 to:
- Describe wellbeing for people who need care and support and carers who need support
- Provide a consistent approach to measuring wellbeing, including living in suitable accommodation.
An Annex includes a list of outcome indicators and technical information used to measure outcomes and this makes reference to housing and homelessness. Ministers will issue an annual outcomes statement.
