This Housing LIN Case Study no 118 describes how Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead CCG is working with sheltered accommodation providers to identify common problems and work towards incremental solutions.

It gives personal insight into managing the project and the outcomes achieved that have both improved the experiences of sheltered housing residents and led to service improvements in the delivery of care following a hospital admission.
