This paper evaluates One Housing Group's Care Support Plus model at Tile House, Camden, a scheme providing care and support to people with complex mental health problems in conjunction with Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust. The evaluation found that services at Tile House have:
- helped save the NHS nearly £900,000 since the scheme opened in 2012,
- freed-up hospital beds by reducing the number of admissions and length of overall patient stays in hospital, and
- supported people with complex needs to build up their confidence, live independently, and improve their health and quality of life.
