Housing LIN 2024-25 Year in Review

HLIN 2024-25 Year in Review cover sml

To our members, sponsors, and partners,

As we reflect on 2024-25, I’m proud of how our learning and improvement network continues to grow, adapt, and make a real difference in housing for older people, people with learning disabilities, or autistic people. Although a small and resourceful team, we have become a leading national knowledge hub with significant impact.

This period saw the launch of the Older People’s Housing Taskforce report, of which I was proud to be a member, and our appointment as Inquiry Secretariat to the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Housing and Care for Older People. These are milestones that highlight our role in shaping policy, sharing best practices, and supporting innovation. This report shares the highlights of our year, from growth in membership and engagement to new publications, influencing activities, research projects, consultancy work, and sectorleading events. Through infographics, case studies, and key data, you will see the tangible ways our network is driving change and improving housing options for all.

Looking ahead, knowing our membership is more streamlined, active, and influential than ever, our priorities remain clear: to connect people and ideas, showcase evidence, and share practical guidance that translates into meaningful impact across the UK housing, health, and social care sectors.

Thank you to our members, sponsors, and partners for your support, which makes everything we do possible and contributes to the success of our unique network.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Porteus
Founder and CEO of Housing LIN
