Age, Home and Community: the Next Phase

The Scottish Government and COSLA, which champions independent living for older people within their community, has published a refreshed joint national strategy for Scotland which seeks to address isolation, loneliness and improve access to housing for older people.

It updates the 2011 version reflecting changing needs, demands and demographics and includes a list of commitments to ensure older people can access the right advice, housing and support to live the way they choose.
