A new settlement for health and social care
The King's Fund have published an interim report from the independent Commission on the Future of Health and Social Care in England. 'A new settlement for health and social care' argues for better alignment in funding, organisation and entitlement across the sectors, including greater a reliance on commercial sector involvement and private sector health insurance.
The interim report acknowledges the involvement of housing but doesn't go into any detail as this was out of the scope of the Commission. Instead, more information on housing can be found in the summary of the evidence received such as the submission made by the Housing LIN.
