Description of Scheme
This scheme incorporates 18 new affordable shared ownership apartments a for people with learning difficulties.
Part of the design specification included the re-building of a church hall within the site which is accessed by the local community. This provides a valuable community building, fulfilling the HCA aim to strengthen communities.
It was built using a timber frame construction contributing to a reduction in CO2 emissions, the Carbon Footprint and lower fuel bills.
