Description of Scheme

This is a combined scheme which includes 9 houses and 22 apartments.

The development was split into two separate blocks, one side for younger person to allow them to learn live more independently and allow them to move on into their own longer term accommodation and the second block for adults with the same aim.

A Changing Places facility was also built onto the block due to its proximity to the town centre. These facilities enable carers to use WC, wash and changing facilities on trips to town and city centres.

Where Is It?

Close proximity to town centre with a mixture of commercial and residential to the area. Residential properties vary from Victorian terraces to 1950/60’s type two storey flats
