Paines Brook Court is an Extra Care development in Harold Hill, which has been developed by Housing 21 in partnership with the London Borough of Havering.
The scheme provides 64 apartments, a small number of which are available for sale
on a shared ownership basis to people aged 55 and over. Five flats have been specifically designated for people with dementia.
The properties for sale are a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, which offer
the purchaser all the comforts of a modern home.
Paines Brook Court was designed to be accessible to the community, whilst maintaining the privacy of residents. There are controlled semi-public and private zones to enable the local residents to access on-site facilities, such as the restaurant, hair dressers and cyber café.

Harold Hill is within easy reach of major transport links, with the A12, A127 & M25 all in close proximity. It is located within easy reach of local shops, which are approximately 5 minutes walk away, larger supermarkets are within 2 miles of the development. Buses run regularly from Gooshays Drive, which is some 5 minutes walk away, providing access to the larger towns of Romford, Upminster & Hornchurch.
