Mendell Court has been designed with older people in mind, with some wheelchair accessible units and an emergency pull-cord system. A door entry system with intercom to all apartments provides added security.

The scheme caters for older people over the age of 55 who have a combination of housing, support and care needs which require assistance with daily living tasks.

The scheme's facilities are open to the wider local community.
