Lark Hill was built on the largest site still owned by the City, it was in direct response to an aging population in Clifton. The scheme forms part of the commitment in the Older Person's Accommodation Strategy 2007-2017 in providing alternative housing choices for older people

Where Is It?

The opening of the Village will assist in spreading the understanding of what is extra care to members of the public and will demonstrate this alternative housing choice for older people.
