Description of Scheme

Each apartment has its own front door, one or two bedrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and shower room with level access shower, washbasin and toilet.

The development includes communal spaces, a wide range of services, lifts to all floors and full wheelchair access to all the apartments and communal areas.

Apartments are fitted with an emergency pull-cord intercom alarm system that alerts a member of the on-site care team. Pendant alarms are also available if required.

Where Is It?

St. Marychurch, with its two landmark churches, is a small historic village with a timeless charm and great community spirit. Independently owned shops and boutiques, antique shops and excellent cafes line the Victorian-style pedestrianised precinct, and a short bus ride takes you into the centre of Torquay or to the nearby Willows Shopping Centre.

Set in the 'English Riviera' near Torquay, St Marychurch is close to Babbacombe Downs with its stunning panoramic coastal views and adjoins the equally appealing Babbacombe village. Babbacombe Beach is a short walk away and Oddicombe Beach can be reached on foot or via the historic Babbacombe Cliff Railway.
