Description of Scheme

The scheme was developed to meet local care provision needs of people over 55 yr especially those service users who would otherwise have to consider going into Residential Care.

All communal facilities and business outlets are fully open to the public. Most on court activities are open to the community and other schemes for older people in the vicinity make good use of our facilities

Where Is It?

Bridlington is a seaside resort with a bustling town centre where many local produce can be purchased. The busy harbour is also in the town centre. We are situated approx 1.5 miles from the shoreline. Housing 21 is set within an area of mixed housing stock close to the Old Town so shops and businesses are locally placed.

Residents usually make comment about the level of security, spaciousness of apartments and the benefits of a familiar on site team of care staff
