Specialist/supported housing and an intergenerational living scheme winners at Inside Housing Development Awards

Congratulations to all the specialist/supported schemes and an intergenerational living scheme that won a 2025 Inside Housing’ Development Award at last night’s gala ceremony in London.  

They are:

  • Elim Housing Association’s Elizabeth Close in Bristol, an independent living scheme for people with learning disabilities, recognised as the best suburb/rural supported housing scheme
  • Populo Living and Newham Council”s Noele Gordon House, an over 55s scheme in East Ham, recognised as best urban supported housing scheme
  • Sanctuary Group’s Blackberry Court Retirement Village in Lichfield, recognised as the best partnership homes, and
  • Phoenix Community Housing’s Melfield Gardens intergenerational living scheme in Lewisham, recognised as the best healthy homes development. It is also a Housing LIN case study by Levitt Bernatein architects.
