We are absolutely thrilled to see that Appleby Blue in Bermondsey by Witherford Watson Mann for Housing LIN sponsor, United St Saviour’s Charity, is one of 6 schemes shortlisted for this year’s RIBA Stirling Prize.

Jeremy Porteus, CEO of Housing LIN and a member of the Older People’s Housing Taskforce, said:

“It is a remarkable feat for this stunning, contemporary almshouse, and a great fillip for the retirement housing sector, that Appleby Blue has been recognised for this prestigious award.”

The winner of the 2025 Stirling Prize will be announced at a ceremony in London on 16 October. For more about all the shortlisted schemes, visit RIBA’s website (opens new window).
