Inside Housing Development Awards 2025 shortlist announced

Over 30 schemes, including extra care housing, retirement living, supported housing, cohousing and intergenerational housing, have been shortlisted for the Healthy Homes and/or Supported Housing categories in this year’s Inside Housing Development Awards.

They include two schemes featured as Housing LIN case studies: Phoenix Community Housing’s Melfield Gardens, by Levitt Bernstein architects, and Hazelmead Bridport Cohousing, by Barefoot architects, also recently crowned the winner of winners at the 2025 Housing Design Awards (opens new window).

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 25 November 2025.
