Housing LIN South West Leadership Set push forward

The Housing LIN’s South West Leadership Set met yesterday to reflect on the challenging state of the specialist housing market across the region.

They discussed the factors required regionally to ensure specialist housing is included in the government’s housing strategy and investment plans and considered the sector’s readiness to respond to meet future supply and demand for an ageing population.

These issues will be the focus of a Housing LIN HAPPI Hour this autumn, which will put the spotlight on the region.
