St Monica Trust’s Millstream wins award

St Monica Trust’s Millstream at The Chocolate Quarter in Keynsham has been named Residential Project of the Year (36 Homes and Over) at the Michelmores Property Awards 2026.

Millstream provides 44 apartments, 18 of which are dedicated to affordable housing, and completes the regeneration of the former Cadbury Somerdale factory site, the first retirement village of its kind in the UK.
