This event provides an opportunity to hear about the initiatives and partnerships between housing, health and other services which are focused on the home as an important social determinant of health and wellbeing. Delegates will have the opportunity to learn about best practice, to consider future challenges and to meet professionals working in similar areas.

Booking Terms

Places are charged at £60 (inc. VAT) per person, which include refreshments throughout the day, a light lunch, free car parking and a complimentary day pass to use the leisure facilities at the Village Hotel, this includes a gym, swimming pool and health suite.
