  • It was a very detailed presentation on the actual practicalities of co-design and a reminder of why co-design is so important to customer-centred practice.
  • A very interesting example of a well designed evidenced-based research and development approach.
  • Thought provoking  and I can take away some learning I want to incorporate in my own work
  • Interesting speakers who were very open to questions and very honest in their answers!
