Digital Connectivity and Services in the Care Sector - Study commissioned by DHSC
The Housing LIN is delighted to partner with FarrPoint who have been commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care (in England) to speak to a selection of providers of housing with care (such extra care housing and some supported housing operators) where regulated domiciliary care is provided to residents to ascertain how they are making good use of digital services and digital connectivity.
FarrPoint are looking to understand:
- The digital services housing with care providers or the regulated onsite care provider are offering/using
- The benefits the services provide to residents and the housing with care provider
- The connectivity, technology, and skills they have had to put in place to use/offer the services.
- Share any challenges/risks providers are experiencing in becoming ‘digi-ready’ and/or best practice
