We currently manage more than 18,000 homes and our ambition is to deliver 10,000 new homes over the next 10 years. We are leading the way in making existing and new homes more environmentally sustainable and cheaper to live in.
Pobl works with a truly diverse range of customers and have decades of experience in care for and supporting vulnerable people of all ages to fulfil their potential and live independently.

Why do you want to be a part of TAPPI? What impact do you hope to have?
Pobl are delighted to be part of the TAPPI2 programme as it gives us a platform to build on our previous experiences within this field. It is a unique opportunity to share our knowledge and learn from other industry experts. We have big ambitions within technology.
Pobl recognises the challenges the aging older population face. It is critical that we align ourselves to the fast moving and complex advances in the external technological environment. By keeping up with the ever-changing landscape we will continue to make a difference to the lives of all the individuals we support.
We hope that by being part of the TAPPI2 programme Pobl will be able utilise the meaningful and beneficial framework. We also look forward to being able to provide cutting edge offer within our demonstrator site. Following the programme, our aim is to upscale and roll out the successes from the testbed to other customers across the rest of our homes.
What are you most looking forward to over the next 12 - 15 months, as one of the six TAPPI2 locality testbeds?
Pobl are most looking forward to building relationships with the other stakeholders in the programme as well as the wider learning and innovation opportunities that will arise from our involvement with TAPPI2.
We welcome the unique coproducing approach that the programme offers. By working alongside our customers, we look forward to seeing the immediate difference that TAPPI2 will make to their lives.
