Lucy Leonard is an occupational therapist and Clinical Director of The Occupational Therapy Service (opens new window). She has more than 27 years’ experience and works with local authorities, housing providers and sector partners to bring occupational therapy into housing design, adaptations, service delivery and strategic decision-making. Her work includes inclusive housing research and guidance, local authority occupational therapy programmes, workforce development and collaboration with organisations across the housing and built-environment sectors.
