Amy Sims Sheltered Housing Team Leader, Caerphilly County Borough Council

Amy began her career in Housing with Caerphilly County Borough Council, based in the South 
Wales Valleys as a sheltered housing officer after leaving a job in the social care sector. Now
a Sheltered Housing Team Leader, Amy manages 10 sheltered housing schemes with around 280 
properties. Amy loves working in the Housing sector and is very passionate about providing more than 
just a standard ‘landlord service’ to residents.
