Pennine Court - remodelling sheltered housing to include extra care for people with learning disabilities

This Housing LIN Case Study No29 describes the development of extra care housing for older people with learning difficulties within a conventional sheltered housing scheme in Salford. It details the key stages and features of the development process including negotiations related to moving existing tenants within the scheme, physical design, consultation and managing disruption.
