Our journey, their future: Person-centred supported living

JMS Trust has spent the last several years supporting families to set up their own supported living for their loved ones with a learning disability.

As more families have found it difficult to find housing and support from adult social care, there has been a growing number who have looked to set up bespoke supported living.

The resource, published by the JMS Trust, is a collection of reflections and learning from all the families they worked with, and what they felt was important to pass on to other families who might be thinking of doing the same.

It showcases the significant efforts families have made to set up supported living for their young people and share their learning.
