Generations Apart: The growth of age segregation in England and Wales

This report was developed by Legal & General and the Intergenerational Foundation and warns that growing age segregation imposes a range of costs on our society.

In response to this IF and L&G produced a 10 point plan:

3. Build more homes to rent
4. Deliver modern building concepts: build quickly at low cost
5. Encourage downsizing-in-situ
6. Combat nimbyism
7. Give up some greenbelt
8. Live together
9. Build to share
10. Increase density
