Are we ready for the boom? Housing older Londoners

This Future of London report on Housing Older Londoners is the culmination of a six month project into ageing cities that was undertaken through roundtables, site visits, workshops with older people, case studies and a pan-London survey.

The report focused on three areas with potential to improve older people’s standard of living:

• Planning & Policy: raising older people’s profile and addressing gaps;
• Housing: fit-for-purpose products and better information; and
• ​​Neighbourhoods: joined-up thinking for health, accessibility and inclusivity.

Also provided within this resource are videos looking at London as an Ageing City which looks at London's accessiblity for older people.
