A year of a Good Home Hub in Lincolnshire
This report, undertaken by the LSE for the Centre for Ageing Better, presents findings from the first year of their funded Good Home Lincs pilot - a local Good Home Hub in Lincolnshire designed to help residents repair, adapt and maintain their homes.
It examines how the implementation of a Good Home Hub can improve living conditions, reduce health risks and help people remain safe in their homes.
This report presents findings from the first year of the Hub’s delivery, in particular, meeting the following objectives:
- examining how the service supports residents to address housing problems and reduce risks associated with living in poor-quality homes
- understanding how the service operates in practice, including the processes, partnerships and delivery approaches that enable coordinated support across housing, health and local services.
- exploring the costs and potential value for money of delivering a Good Home Hub model
