The National Housing Federation have developed an interactive map which is populated by a selection of case studies which demonstrate the diversity of the sector and showcase what good partnerships can look like between health and housing associations. They cover different organisational structures, partnership models, client groups and service schemes.

You can search by Clinical Commissioning Group to find out what is happening in your local health area. Or you can identify projects by intervention type to find out for example, what organisations are doing around mental health.
