New health and homeless resource

Homeless Link has published a couple of resources to help local areas tackle homelessness and poor health.

This is based around our Health Needs Audit Tool which helps commissioners and practitioners gather data on the health needs of people experiencing homelessness, and ensure the right services are in place to meet local demand.

Backed by Public Health England, we’ve updated the guidance to reflect changes to commissioning and health trends over the past few years alongside some new interactive data tables which combines the analysis.
