Two retirement living schemes win awards

At the 2025 British Homes Awards last week, two retirement living schemes were celebrated for excellence in design.

PRP Architects took home the Later Living Design of the Year award for Audley’s Wycliffe Park in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, recognised for its innovative approach to retirement living. Meanwhile, Coffey Architects won the Community Living Award for Pegasus’ Cobham Bowers in Cobham, Surrey, praised for creating vibrant, engaging community spaces.

The awards highlight outstanding achievements in retirement and community housing, showcasing how thoughtful design can enhance quality of life for residents while setting new standards in the sector.
