The final session of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Housing and Care for Older People Inquiry into 'Creating Intergenerational Communities' took place yesterday.

Co-chaired by Lord Best and Anna Dixon MP, the online Inquiry Panel heard from three organisations that shared examples of how they have gone about developing, managing and planning housing and neighbourhoods with a focus on intergenerational connectedness.

With thanks to St Monica TrustThe Riverside Group and Pozzoni Architecture for their presentation. The evidence they shared will contribute to the final report written by Housing LIN - the APPG Secretariat – to be launched in mid-March 2026.

In the meantime, further details about the Inquiry can be found on the Housing LIN’s dedicated webpage here.
